Abstract:
Low-Temperature solution-processed solar cells provide an alternative to existing PV Technology. The salient features of Hybrid Perovskite cells are compared with that of Bulk Heterojunction organic solar cells.

The stability and degradation mechanisms of these solar cells will be discussed. A large area light-beam induced-current (LBIC) product from our laboratory for diagnosing and analyzing commercial solar panels will be presented.
