A paper titled "Effect of cathodic platinum loading on system performance in a Microbial Desalination Cell system" by Marshal S Maskarenj, Reeshab Goenka and Prakash C Ghosh was presented by Reeshab Goenka at NTPC's prestigious summit and bagged the second prize in Student's Section.

The event took place between Nov 7-9, 2015 at The Grand Hotel, New Delhi and Power Management Institute, Noida; and was the second event of its kind organised by NTPC. The focus of the conference was on Green and Clean Technologies for Power Generation.
