Energy Day:
The flagship day-long event of DESE, IITB features technical flash presentations and interactive posters presentation by the graduating students on wide variety of topics related to energy such as Microgrids, Solar Photovoltaics, Solar Thermal Technologies, Battery and Storage, Fuel Cells, Power converters and Transformers. Energy Day also boasts of the spotlight event, a panel discussion on a debatable topic where the panelists shell out their opinion on the given matter.
Helios:
"Helios", the annual student fest of DESE, aspires to ripen into a platform that increases awareness about energy related systems and their applications.It comprises balanced combination of competitions, exhibition, lecture series and workshop that are beyond ordinary and promise to be a rejuvenating experience for each and every participant.
