X-Ray Diffractometer
Introduction:
Floor mounted fully automatic X-ray diffractometer system working in both Bragg-Brentano and Parallel Beam geometry, with easy switching between the two geometries. In-situ electrochemical measurement and high temperature measurement stages to be provided.

Specification/Features:
• X-ray diffractometer with 3 kW X-ray generator Cu tube
• Anton Par TCU 2000N temperature control unit attachment
• In-situ electrochemical measurement and high temperature measurement stages to be provided.
• Fast heating rate is attainable with vacuum, inert or normal atmosphere in temperature control measurement up to 1200⁰ C.
• Inert atmosphere temperature controlled measurements can be done with nitrogen, argon and zero air atmosphere.
Available modes for use:
XRD, GIXRD, XRR, HT-XRD.
