Thermal Evaporator

 Introduction:

Indigenously developed thermal Evaporator system capable of evaporating wide variety of material include organic, inorganic and metal. In this thermal evaporator vacuum is achieved with the HHV Hi-Vac system and customized electronics for automatic feedback control of deposition rate.

  • 6” Rotating substrate (max. Temp. 200°C)
  • In-situ deposition rate and thickness measurement
  • Currently used for co-evaporation of organic inorganic perovskite material.
