Introduction: Photovoltaic Module Quantum Efficiency / Spectral Response Measurement System empowers researchers, quality engineers, and manufacturing managers to explore new dimensions in their photovoltaic devices.

· Wavelength range from 350 nm to 1250 nm
· Capable to measure reflectance, internal
Quantum efficiency and external quantum efficiency
· Capable to measure absolute QE of solar cell (cell dimension upto 30 cm x 30 cm) at any point of cell
· Spot size of measurement 3 mm to 6 mm
· Provision of measure light beam induced current (LBIC) at different wavelength
· Provision of bias light and bias voltage for cell as well as module
Whether facility is open to external users: For the department. Also, used for student lab experiment.
