M.Sc. Project: Modeling, Simulation and Characterization of Degradation effects in PV cells and modules

The objective of the work is to detect and characterize the defects present in the PV modulesby using some optical, electrical and thermal methods as well as to develop appropriate models for PV devices which can simulate the characterization methods. This work will be useful in identifying the parameters responsible for loss in the system performance and improving the reliability of PV modules.

Ph.D. Title: Non-destructive Characterization with Distributed Electrical Modelling and Simulation of Encapsulant Degradation of Silicon PV Modules
