• ISNT Best Paper Award in R&D, 2018: Received best paper Award in R&D category from Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing, for the year 2018. The award was given by Chairman of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board and sponsored by M/s Industrial X-Ray & Allied Radiographers (I) Pvt. Ltd.

• NDT Best Paper Award in Industrial applications, 2017: The award was sponsored by Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and M/s East-west Engineering & Electronics Co. and was presented by the Governor of Tamil Nadu.

• Indo-UK Research Excellence Award, 2016: Winner of India-UK Research Excellence Award 2016 by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the British Council under India-UK collaboration in higher education for the project "Stability and Performance in Photovoltaics" (STAPP). The award was given in a ceremony under UK-India Tech Summit, inaugurated by the Prime Minster of India and UK.
