Submission Guidelines

Please upload the full paper on the above Link, and not just the abstract. The full papers must be minimum 6 pages and maximum 10 pages long using the conference paper template.

Papers submitted in incorrect format or using a different template will not be considered for review. Do not send your submissions by email. The papers sent by email would be disregarded.

The authors must ensure that the submitted papers are original and have not been submitted elsewhere at the same time. All the submissions will undergo a plagiarism check and the submissions with high similarity scores will be rejected.

A full paper must be submitted for presentation at the conference. Oral or poster presentation will not be allowed without the submission of the full paper.

Proceedings

                    Selected papers will be published in the following two series:

                   1. Green Energy and Technology( (Indexed in Scopus and EI Compendex)

                   2. Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (Indexed in Scopus and EI Compendex)

Journals

Authors of selected best papers from ICAER 2022 will be invited to submit full-length manuscripts for publication consideration in * Particulate Science and Technology or
* Solar Energy.
The authors of the selected papers will be required to submit significantly longer manuscripts as per the respective journal format. The submitted manuscripts will go through the peer-review and publication process of the respective journal.

Some of the high quality selected list of papers will be considered for the other reputed journal publications (To be updated soon).

Oral presentation

Oral presentation will be conducted on an online platform. Things will be like any other online meeting platform. Technical Support during conference proceedings will be given. Due to the online mode, following are the things required for presentation

1. The presentation should be prepared for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.

2. It is recommended to prepare the slides in 4:3 aspect ratio and limit the presentation to a maximum of 15 slides.

3. It is strongly recommended to prepare your presentation with a white background and to minimize the use of animations and transitions.

4. The use of schematics and charts attracts more attention than using a large amount of text.

5. The submissions are to be done in three formats i.e. .ppt/.pptx, .pdf and a prerecorded video.

6. Prerecorded video needs to be exact replica of real time presentation which is to be delivered in live mode. This is an arrangement done for any emergency case. Guidelines for video are as follows -
o Duration: 15-minute self-recorded video presentation with a web cam record in bottom right corner covering 8-10% space of complete presentation area.
o File size: 200 MB max (Please use 10-12 frame rate per second and an encoding software like handbreak to minimize the size of video)
o Video file format: mp4
o Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9

Poster abstract

ICAER 2022 presents excellent opportunities for graduate students, undergraduate students, researchers, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and start-ups to showcase their work. Posters are invited to showcase recent advances, experiences, and challenges in ENERGY TOWARDS SUSTAINIBILITY.

Poster dimensions

Standard Poster size – no larger than 36×48″ (Landscape orientation) in PDF as well as .png image format and no larger than 15 MB both individually.

Poster content

Title: The title of your poster should appear at the top with lettering of at least 42 pt (font size). Below the title, place the names of authors and their affiliations.

Text: Use a minimum font size of 17 pt. Keep the text brief. Try to use text to introduce the study, explain visuals and direct viewers’ attention to significant data trends and relationships portrayed in the visuals, state and explain the interpretations that follow from the data. It is also a good idea to put future research plans or questions for discussion with viewers in your poster. English will be considered as standard language.

Figures: Each figure should have a brief title. Figures should be numbered consecutively according to the order in which they are first mentioned in the Try to use color figures rather than only black and white text to make your poster attractive and highlight the important technical content of your paper. Make sure that the text and the visuals are integrated.

The video abstract and the signed copyright transfer form may be uploaded at the following link: Submission Link. Please prepare your presentation and additional submission data prior to the submission deadline. Official language for poster and video upload will be English.
