Continuing with the yearly tradition, the members of Grid Integration Laboratory, IIT Bombay, celebrated ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ซ'๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ on Tuesday, 5th September 2023, by paying tribute to Prof. Zakir H. Rather for his continual guidance and support over the years. As a highlight of this auspicious event, video messages from some of the alumni from the lab were played that documented the monumental role that Prof. Zakir's supervision and encouragement had played in their respective academic careers and aided in their personal growth. Further, Prof. Zakir participated in an informal discussion with the lab members, focussing on several topics related to one's academic journey, the intricacies of teaching and work life, the challenges students face in their daily lives and their potential solutions.
