Chakravartula Anandababu is a research scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay. He has wide interest in the field of power electronics, including development of new converter topologies and PWM strategies for interfacing non-conventional energy sources. 

Anand is a researcher of STAPP project under the supervision of Prof. B. G. Fernandes, IIT Bombay. The team is investigating converter topologies for interfacing PV sources to the grid, for low and medium power levels. The aim of the study is to improve the efficiency, reliability and reduce the cost of converters interfacing PV sources.
