Arun Kumar is M.Sc. Physics & Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Rural Energy Technology. He joined Solar Energy Centre, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy on 1st July 2010 as scientist "B" and he is involved in Solar Cell characterization lab, long term outdoor performance evaluation of photovoltaic modules (outdoor test beds) and testing of solar PV water pumping systems. He is also responsible for maintenance, monitoring and analysis of data from SEC-AIST test bed established under India and Japan Cooperation research. 

In the present STAPP project Mr. Kumar is assisting the project leader for the design and establishment of the test beds at other sites. He will be looking after the maintenance of test beds, data collection, processing and analysis.
